How much are your notary services?

We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We provide mobile notary services to the Middle Tennessee area. Feel free to contact us to inquire about service to your area, travel fees and different options.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing (Government issued ID such as a driver's license or passport, document that needs to be notarized and type of notary service needed (ex. acknowledgement, jurat)). If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service. Contact us to inquire about any additional documents or resources that may be needed.

What are your travel fees?

$15 for anything less than 10 miles, $25 for 11 to 20 miles, 20+ miles is $1.50 per mile in addition to Notary fee.

How soon can I book a signing?

Please submit a request to book service and we will confirm afterwards. You can also call or text to inquire about service. Same day service may be available, there is additional fee for service after normal business hours 9am-5pm and on weekends.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

We can provide a witness for an additional fee if needed.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in x State?

We will be offering RON services shortly. Please contact us with any questions.
